Pass and Stowe
Pass and Stowe refers to the names of the rebuilders of the Liberty Bell that resides in Philadelphia Pa. Their actual names were John Dock Pass and John Stow. Both were from the City of Philadelphia. Pass and Stow were asked to recast the bell when the original bell cracked.

Pass and Stowe is what is inscribed on the liberty bell that is located in Philadelphia. Also inscribed on the bell is the date and city name.
