The Assistant Manager of an apartment complex found a skull left behind by University of Pennsylvania Students. What the heck kind of Philadelphia Entertainment is this?

I wonder if its part of the collection of the skull found in Wildwood, NJ last year! This is typical Philadelphia Entertainment I’m guessing. Where do you get your hands on a skull? Police were thinking it may be a medical students form of entertainment.
